Product Features
High Strength
Forged aluminum billet is made by high pressure forging process, its internal structure is denser, and the pores that are easy to become breaking points are reduced, so the tensile strength can reach more than 450MPa, which is much higher than the 250MPa of general cast aluminum billet.
Light Weight
The density of forged aluminum billet is 2.70 g/cm³, which is only 1/3 of ordinary carbon steel (about 7.85 g/cm³). Under the same structural strength, it can achieve an overall weight reduction of 30%-50%.
